Agricultural Service Technician

Job Description:

Performs diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work.

Essential Duties:

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural or turf equipment.
• Completes job cards, timesheets, etc.
• Maintains a clean workstation, assists with workshop organisation.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations during jobs.
• Participates in training programs.
• Performs diagnostics and repairs in field when required.
• Performs pre-delivery setup on new or used equipment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fully qualified plant or agricultural machinery technician.
• Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using technical procedures.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to use standard computer applications.
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostics.
• Good customer relationship skills.
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Driving license required.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
